How do I make an order?

1. You may either make an order over the phone, through text, or through our online ordering system.
2. Before your order gets processed, we require either 2 pieces of government issued forms of identification, or a selfie with 1 piece of ID.
3. Once you’ve placed your order and verified, your order will go out at the closest delivery interval (1PM OR 5PM).
NOTE: You may choose a delivery interval time that best suits you by specifying in your order notes or communicating it to us over the phone. We’re always happy to change the time of delivery for you! It may take up to 4 hours for your order to be delivered, weather conditions notwithstanding.

  What is Interval Delivery?

Our drivers will be leaving at 1pm & 5pm daily to fulfill your orders. Each delivery window is approximately 1-5 hours long, please contact us if you need an order delivered at a specific time.  Orders will need to be sent in at least 15 minutes prior to an interval to ensure it gets sent out.
For example, if you make your order by 12:45pm, your order will be sent out with a driver at 1pm.

  Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount. However, to quality for Free delivery, your order needs to be a minimum of $75.
For orders under $75, there will be a $20 charge for deliveries within the GTA.

  Can I specify a delivery time?

Yes. You may specify which interval you’d like your delivery at. Please specify in your Order Notes during checkout.

  What happens to my order if the weather is bad?

If we deem the weather conditions to be unsafe for our drivers (heavy snow or rain), all deliveries will be made the following day, or until the conditions have died down, our office will contact you if your order has been delayed.

  I’m unavailable to pick up my order. Can the driver leave it in my mailbox?

Yes. Only if specified in the Order Notes, our driver will leave your package in your mailbox and take a picture to be sent to you. If you have chosen this option, we cannot guarantee the safety of the package after it has been dropped off.
Another alternative would be to let us know your family member or friend will be meeting our driver, either through email or in the Order Notes. We, unfortunately, will not drop packages off at the concierge of a building. Thanks for understanding.

  Do you fulfill mail orders?

Yes we do! Please place your order & select our Canada wide express shipping for $20.00, FREE shipping is offered on purchases over $150.
Once your E-transfer payment has been sent & accepted your order will begin to process for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for a tracking to be sent to your email.

  How do I place an order?

You may place orders through the phone (437-345-4805) or through our online checkout system. Simply make an account and ensure you have sent us 2 pieces of identification in order for us to verify your account so you can proceed with making an order.

  What is the difference between ordering through the phone and online?

Both options are available. Making an account on our site allows you to earn loyalty points and referral codes.

  Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes. Send us an email at info@weeco.ca or contact us via phone 437-345-4805 and let us know before we send it out!

  What payment methods are accepted?

At the moment, we accept cash upon delivery or E-transfers for orders over $200.

  I need change for my order.

Unfortunately our drivers will not be carrying change with them. Please try to have exact change for your orders.

  What is your exchange & return policy?

Unfortunately due to sanitary issues, we do not accept returns or refunds.
